what's happened in the last few weeks:

1) Fell in love w/ pomegranite seeds and danish butter cookies
2) Got high on pomegranite seeds
3) Managed to set a pan on fire like they do in bad sitcoms
4) Tripped while getting out of my chair facefirst (that hurt)
5) Eaten a whole bag's worth of Jalepeno chips

Wheeeeeeee it's fun week. I've gotten so much worse now... I'm def. a failing nerd. last night I managed to procrastinate 9 hours before workin on my hw... that hurt. -glarestwitchesspasticallyeatspomegraniteseedforenergy-

hmm for those of you that ask how Interlake is everytime I talk to you:

1. It's pretty fun. We don't get as much free food tho.

1. Joined Cross Country

GAWSH. NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS FRIGGING BODY BUILING!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY CRUNCHES AND ABB WORKOUTS THE TEAM HAS TO DO?? AND WE DO IT ON THE FIELD WHERE THE ASTROTURF IS ALL NAST GAH I SWEAR I'VE GOT A FRICKING SIX PACK DOING SO MANY AB WORK OUTS AND THE I'VE BECOME A HUMAN PUMP BREATHING SO MUCH DURING RUNNING!!!

Which is why I'm going to try to join next year!

Ohoh! i forgot to mention! I have achieved the pinnacle of my guydom! (if i ever had "guydom"). I did thirty full pushups in a row!! =D so i am veryvery proud of myself.

Did you know team spirit in cross country is begotten (hehe funny word....) through doing workouts in the rain? Let me explain....

Picture a scene: TWENTY miserable souls doing crunches in the pouring rain. THE COACH roaring at the miserable to keep doing the crunches, RAIN OR SHINE. IT'S AWESOME. I'LL BE WORKING WITH BIG POWER TOOLS THAT SEND SPARKS FLYING EVERYWHERE, MAYBE A WELDER, AND I REALLYREALLY HOPE I'D GET TO USE POINTY THINGS THAT SCREW THOSE WEIRD NAIL THINGS INTO THE MACHINE.

Why should I care?

wow. I never knew a graduation ceremony could be so galling. To just watch it, it made me want to cry, or just leave. Why is it so bitter? I should love the grad. I have every reason to. And I sit there with anger, with bitterness, with regret at my stupid stupid choice.

The decision was made at step one. But I'd already stumbled after the second step. I still kept walking, but it's not enough is it? It's still not enough. If I had known this, maybe I could have let it go. But who's to know?

And now, I just stare at my decision, scoffing at it, jabbing it and criticizing every single aspect of it. All because of that single stumble. And I never knew.

I'm not going emo. I'm just.

exceedingly frustrated with my utter stupidity. My utter ignorance. What a waste. At least this year wasn't so bad.

Maybe, maybe not then. But who cares?

It's over, and one of my greatest goals with it. But who should care?

My family celebrates it, and my teachers don't seem to care too much either.

So why should I?

After all, it's only a stupid thing.

I won't remember it in twenty years.

It's pointless. It's not necessary.

OH. and my personal favorite:

So why should I care? Does it matter? Should I value such a "pointless" thing? Even after I almost drained myself physically and emotionally to try for it?

Sure, I've "earned" it. But sometimes, de juro is better than de facto. but seriously, why should I care?

It's only a pointless little thing. No one cares about it. I was suprised no one noticed. But that's ok. No one should. or would have.

And so I'll just keep clapping, and putting on that smile. It doesn't matter right?

It doesn't matter, so they say, and it's not important to the big picture. Oh, ok. sure. whatever, now leave me be, where I can disappear and cry my hurts in long sleepless nights to come.

to be bitter, because I couldn't enjoy the one thing I've been looking forward to all year. To take care of business. To stay on task.

Let me ask. At what point is self sacrifice not worth it? Or is it unlimited? At what point is it good to call enough enough?

I was daydreaming in class all of today... it was kinda weird. half dream like.

So, when i got home, I half fell asleep and i ended up dreaming of a really weird thing.

So I was in a long dark hallway. It was made completely of stone, and there were red stains all over walll (don't ask what it was). So i was walking... and I passed seven doors. they were all labeled LA, SS and all my other classes (how nerdy is that....). For some reason, I kicked the spanish door, and I kept walking. Then I came to a beatup metal door with no handle. I push it open, and I close the door. I'm in complete darkness, and I kinda just there meditating and resting. Then, for some reason I start crying uncontrollably, and just walking deeper and deeper into the room and it just got darker. So in the end, I just lay down.

Then I woke up. =P talk about an emo dream.




OMG PRISM NIGHT OUT WAS SO FUNNNNN. ERIC GOT 4TH IN LASER TAG AND WENT ON A GIANT SWING THINGY THAT MADE ERIC SCREAM LIKE A LITTLE GIRL AND SHOUT "I'M NOT READY TO DIEEEEEEEEEE" XDDD. And then SOME PPLz teamed on me in water bumper boats and competely soaked me through.

I had a weird dream. Very very strange.

So I was walking on clouds when I slipped and fell into a gigantic marshmallow. I walked off and came onto a very haunted scary looking house. I, being a genius, decided to walk in. then this person dressed in goth emo clothes is like "come on in! there's a party inside!"

I, being a super genius, say "all right!"

Then as I walk along I see disturbing pictures of gigantic mobs of ppl hunting werewolves and then being eaten and then I realize i'm really screwed.

I start running around and then try to jump out a window, which turned out to be a mouth, and then I ran down the throat, which somehow transformed into a gigantic yellow duckie, and I floated outside into a field of flowers.

I duno. I have been healing... I guess you might say? I duno. Whatever you call leaving off social life for a bit and burying yourself in homework and trying to forget what you've been doing for the last month or so.

Cloud gazing

When I was little... whenever I was sad I would go outside, lie down on a hill near my house, and just stare at the clouds.

I don't do that as much anymore, cuz... I'm not usually that sad. Well, today, i kinda felt... downish. And so I went to the small hill again and lay down on the grass again, and felt it prickle against my neck, just like when I was like five. I live in a different house now... but this hill felt the same as any other.

I just kept lying there, staring up into the clouds. It was kinda nice, nothing to do but watch clouds pass by. Start seeing those weird shapes that turn into whatever your thinking or just random stuff.

I saw: A giant donut (it was almost dinner), pikachu, a turtle, a swimming penguin, a mountain biker, a fat person, a sleeping cat, a mouse, a pencil, and hmm... oh yea a fish!

meh... then my mom spoiled it and told me to go inside. psh...

Still, it was cool... just to stop worrying and get your mind off things. Go back to the good old days when you didn't really have to worry. Enjoy life every once in a while.

A fast hypothetical situtation

Hypothetically (a big word =O), person A did a stupid stupid thing that he promises he will never ever do again. Hypothetically, he tells person B. Person B told Person C and D, which were friends of Person A anywayz

The next day, Person A finds out. He gets ticked off at person B, and walks off really messed up. Person B seems upset (from Person A's point of view).

I have a D in SS and an F in Spanish... I guess I'm livng the life of a failing nerd huh? I didn't think that was possible...

I was really depressed today that I did so bad. And I noticed something. Whatever I do now is basicaly useless... my advice sucks, and the harder I try to help the worse everything seems. Dang.. this sounds emo, but seriously the harder I try the more I'm basically screwing everything up. It's just... I duno

I duno. I sometimes think if I just disappearred... not a whole lot of ppl that would notice. I duno. Half the ppl that act like they're my "friend" seriously just want to use me to do their hw. I wonder if I'm just weird to be so high a couple days and then be like depressed other days. OMFG!!! I think one of my largest pet peeves is when I confide in someone or talk to someone for sympathy, they'll say "oh forget that! I have more!" =.="""" that's just plain FUCK ok? I care that you have more, but that just great! you know, I talk to you cuz I want to just get it out. Not for some crap assed comparison that makes my troubles look little!
